About Oliver Scherenberg:
I am an intellectual property attorney with over 15 years of experience in licensing and monetization. Regulatory aspects of live-streaming are another field of activity.
In 2021, NFTs have caught my attention and the entire web3 “arena” fascinates me. While my involvement in projects mostly starts from the legal side (IP licensing aspects, copyrights, brands, royalties, minting terms, platform terms etc.), I often drift into creative processes of decentralized organizations, community building and ideas about utilities of NFTs.
As artificial intelligence became more popular to mass markets in 2022, I started digging into the copyright related issues coming with it. And I love tinkering with the tools like ChatGPT, DALL-E2 and others myself.
