About Randy:

As ImageSource CTO Randy oversees commercial product development and provides leadership for continued technology innovation initiatives. Randy’s organization delivers a broad enterprise content processing platform constructed of powerful plug-and-play modules. Using this platform customers are able to build creative business solutions that streamline operations, cut costs, insure business continuity, and enhance customer engagement.

Prior to joining ImageSource in 2013, Randy served as vice president of development at Oracle where he was responsible for multiple products including WebCenter Imaging, Capture, Forms Recognitions, and ERP AP automation solutions. Randy also served as vice president of development at Stellent and prior to that Optika, where he was responsible for several enterprise content management and governance risk and compliance (GRC) product lines. He also held engineering positions at MCI/Verizon and GTE Government Systems.

Weakly began his career in 1988 at Rockwell Space Operations working in their Space Shuttle Intact Abort Ascent Flight Design Group.

Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical-Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois. He is an avid car and motorcycle racer, musician, and life-long learner. He lives with his family in Colorado.

Joel is the President of BeasleyFoundation.org a charity that designs STEM related children’s books Back to the Moon and Princess Physicist. Beasley Foundation was formed in February 2017 after Joel, Mitch and Valerie lost their Mother to Leukemia after being diagnosed 6 weeks earlier.
